Job Description

Dublin City Centre Client is looking for a Level 1 Helpdesk Support Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis

Job Responsibilities

  • Working as part of the ICT Support team
  • Responsible for the maintenance and support of the ICT Business Systems
  • Provide level 1/2 technical support to both internal/external users through:
    • Telephone support
    • Online Support/Service Desk
    • Desk based assistance
    • Business Systems project roll out etc
  • Work closely with Level 2&3 support teams
  • Liaise with 3rd party vendors
  • Support system testing where applicable
  • Analyse call logs to spot trends and underlying issues

Experience Required

  • Minimum 2 years experience working within a business systems / application support role
  • Strong organisation and problem solving skills
  • A high level of computer literacy particularly with Microsoft Products, Dynamics CRM, SharePoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc

Educational Requirements

  • Relevant Third Level qualification or equivalent
