My Dublin Based client is looking for an experienced, creative and results driven Lead Generation and adwords Specialist to join the marketing team. The Lead Generation Specialist will create and manage Digital Marketing campaigns and communications to drive acquisition channel performance to meet new customer and sales revenue targets and perform analysis across channels.
-Manage paid search, paid social, and sales channels.
-Create new leads and retain customers through digital marketing channels.
-Analyse digital traffic audiences, user experiences, and conversions to drive customer sales.
-Design, test, and scale new digital marketing initiatives.
-Collaborate with cross functional teams to manage all aspects of the lead generation experience from pricing, plans, promotions, website design and web analytics.
-Increase social media and SEO optimisation.
-Translate the brand strategies and positioning into an impactful and effective online communication strategy and email marketing programs.
-5+ years of digital marketing and B2C lead generation experience with digital marketing campaigns, web analytics and paid media programs, marketing automation tools, content distribution and syndication tools, email, social media, and mobile driving exceptional brand engagement and revenue.
-Experience with mobile web and in-app advertising.
-First-hand, in-depth experience with Facebook’s Business Manager, Google AdWords, and Google Analytics.
-Conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and A/B and multivariate testing.
-Outstanding writing skills, with the ability to adapt tone & voice to develop content for a wide range of distribution channels, and in ways appropriate and tailored specific platforms and audiences.
-Remarketing / retargeting.
-Excellent written & oral communications skills.
-A Bachelor’s degree in marketing / business / IT related discipline.
-CRM Experience preferred.
-Experience with Twitter Analytics, LinkedIn’s Campaign Manager and Pinterest Analytics is a plus.
