Lead Analyst, IT Risk & Cyber Security

My Dublin-based client is looking for a Lead Analyst in IT Risk & Cyber Security to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge and experience in IT risk management and cyber security practices within a highly regulated environment, especially Finance Services.

You must have excellent communication skills to collaborate with senior stakeholders and influence changes to IT risk frameworks and practices.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and improve IT Risk & Cyber Security frameworks, policies, and reporting
• Drive risk management initiatives across IT, Cyber Security, Governance, and Data
• Provide advice and guidance on regulatory standards and best practices for IT risk management
• Collaborate with key business stakeholders to drive the implementation and integration of IT risk management frameworks

Experience Required

• 4+ years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong experience across IT risk management, audit, and cyber security
• Experience working in a highly regulated environment (especially finance services) is essential
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with an ability to influence change

Educational Requirements

• Third level degree in IT, Computer Science, or another relevant field
• Relevant certifications (e.g. CISM, CISA) would be desirable
