Junior Project Analyst 

Our Resource:

• Completes weekly reports
• Fulfils PMO’s various requests e.g. attends their weekly meetings.

Then, our resource is mostly about supporting the QA framework i.e. supporting

• Regular (~monthly) re-planning in response to Release/Domain shifting deadlines/programme priorities
• Regular (~fortnightly) Raid reviews – as our reviews result in Clarity risks/issues for other Domains that we need to stay on top of
• Ongoing chase-up of actions being completed in a manner that can have them meaningfully closed
• Interviews, then feedback sessions- with Domain SPOCs – set up meetings/take actions (~weekly per ~10 Domains)
• Chasing Review artefacts/material in advance of a Review to optimise specialist’s time (especially for QA reviews)
• Formal update 1:2:1s with Domain Leads to update them on their Quality items –  – set up meetings/take actions (~Fortnightly for ~6*Domains & 2*Releases)
• Peer-reviews of our QA-Reviews – set up meetings / take actions (~8 per month)
• Our resource needs to be Quality orientated
• Our resource needs to be mature – they will be working alongside seasoned people, championing ‘best of’ in their area of specialism – so the resource would need to strive for ‘best of’ in their own role / they will overlap with different leads so they need to be mindful of e.g. optimising busy-folks-time
• Our resource would need to be self-motivated – The team regularly works remotely to meet deadlines (we commit to a minimum number of reviews each month and strive to meet this stretch-quota). Notwithstanding working-patterns, the resource is provided with full coaching and support to achieve well in their role and maximise they own professional talent
