Junior PMO

The role is to work for a large multi-national and the right candidate will gain a massive career opportunity in this role supporting a large PMO office.

Responsibilities:

• Managing project administration for the company
• Attending meetings and distributing minutes
• Creating reports on project status and KPIs
• Communicating with other stakeholders
• System administration duties

Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years of experience working in a project administration role
• Experience working on project administration in a fast-paced environment
• Experience managing and liaising with a range of stakeholders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong IT skills – Microsoft Office
• Excellent PM, organisational, and report writing skills
• Excellent time-management skills
