Job Description

My client is looking for a Junior Data Entry/ Data processor to join their exciting, new SAP Master Data team.

The client is a large multinational company located in Dublin South West just off the M50. The person will be responsible for putting correct data into company’s new system.

Responsibilities:

  • Extraction Transformation and Loading (ETL) activities focused on the Article master data, identifying errors on spreadsheets and updating on my client’s systems
  • Cleansing products on legacy systems (POS, current ERP & SAP)
  • Manipulating Excel spreadsheets
  • Assisting in creation of new products on SAP

Requirements:

  • A 3rd level qualification
  • Previous data cleansing experience (desirable)
  • Quick and accurate data entry skills.
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced office environment
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to quickly and accurately enter data
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Ability to learn and work on a number of systems is essential
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to adapt to changes
  • Driven and self-motivated individual
