My Dublin City Centre client is seeking a Junior Application Support / Technical Support Engineer on a permanent basis.
Job Responsibilities
You will work on exciting applications within the business and address the performance, efficiency and usability by working with both end users and your team. You will be responding to query’s and issues and documenting these issues and looking for the best possible solutions. My client is looking for a technically literate and competent person who has lots of creativity for problem solving.
Experience Required
-Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical information
-Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
-Experience in a similar role
-Experience with e-commerce, ERP or CRM systems is a distinct advantage
-Experience with retail and warehouse processes is a distinct advantage
Essential and Desirable Skills
-Good understanding of databases: SQL Server, MySQL, etc is a distinct advantage
-Can work of own Initiative
-Problem solving and analytical skills
-Excellent communication skills
-Business process development or improvement skills
-Good people person with good relationship building skills
Educational Requirements
-Degree or relevant experience
