My Dublin North based Retail client is looking for a Junior Application Support to join the team for a 6 month FTC with a view to be made permanent.
-Optimizing the usability, performance and efficiency of key business processes
-Collaborating with end users and analysing the existing systems.
-Responding to system operation inquiries, documenting system issues and finding the best possible solution
-Work closely with the BA, QA and development teams in addressing critical business issues that are impacting customer experience
-The right fit for this role will be a committed technology savvy person who can utilize creative thinking and problem-solving skills to address issues
-1+ years’ experience in a similar role
-Knowledge of Databases, like SQL Server, MySQL, etc. desired
-Understanding of e-commerce, ERP or CRM systems is desirable
-Initiative, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
-Strong problem solving and analytical skills with a ‘can do’ attitude is vital
-Excellent communication skills and a friendly manor
-Relationship building skills are highly important
-Experience working with eCommerce Applications is an advantage
-A Computer Science/I.T. related degree
-Standard 40 hour working week with flexi-time
