Junior Application Support Analyst – Microsoft Stack

You will be supporting the ICT Manger, the technical team as well as the business services.

Qualifications and Experience

• Good technical design and development skills with a solid understanding of Object Oriented design principles
• Practical experience with the following specific technologies:
  o   Entity Framework, .Net Framework 3.5+
  o   SQL Server, SSRS & SSIS, Power BI experience
  o   HTML/Javascript/CSS
  o   SharePoint 2013+Administration
  o   Office365/SharePoint Online
• Good understanding of Microsoft and .NET based applications development
• Demonstrated problem solving skills
• Good understanding of SDLC phases and familiarity with continuous integration and test automation tools
• Ability to work intuitively, alone or as part of a team
• Good client/customer service skills
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise, plan and multitask work assignments
•  A positive attitude and ability to interact with all levels of the organisation
• Demonstrated willingness to develop ICT skills and knowledge
•  Task ownership and ability to work within deadlines/timelines
• Ability to provide support to technical and non-technical staff
• Good communication, report writing and interpersonal skills
