Job Description

My South Dublin based client is currently looking for a JavaScript Lead Developer to join their current team and work with the latest web technologies.

My client is a product/solutions development company based in Dublin South. This is a very exciting role with a great company who has flexitime, working from home policies..

Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Work as part of an Agile team and help design and develop key feature of the JavaScript UI platform.
  • Introduce new technologies
  • Improve practices and design principles
  • Mentor and coach other junior member of the development team

Skills:

  • The successful candidate needs to have strong experience with following frontend technologies: JavaScript, Node.js, HTML5, CSS, JSON, XML
  • Frameworks: jQuery, ReactJS
  • Some level of Java development experience
  • Working within and leading an Agile development environment.

Desirable:

  • Technologies: Highcharts, Bootstrap, Struts
  • Application Server: JBoss, WebSphere, Web logic
  • Database: SQL, Oracle
