An excellent client based in Dublin are looking for a Software Development Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will specialise in Java Architecture and have 5+ years Mgt. experience
We are looking for an ambitious and experienced engineering manager to join us and lead our engineers in our office in Dublin City Centre and grow our team and inspire them to contribute the highest quality work.
The team is comprised of some highly experienced engineers with deep domain knowledge and the focus of this role is on product advancement and strategic contribution into the advancement of the company as a whole.
Your role will be to mentor and coach the team and the organisation to continually adapt and to improve our efforts and encourage craftsmanship within the engineering team. Thought leadership in the flexible application of agile principles is a plus.
