ITIL Configuration Manager – Service Delivery

The role is with an excellent client in Dublin who offer a flexible hybrid work model.

Job Responsibilities:

• Someone who can look after the the day-to-day activities of the Config Mgmt process
• Someone who can track the procedures and resolve or escalate issues
• Help with the IT Configuration Mgmt audits every year
• Support the critical incident outage resolutions responses
• Help Engage with strategic partners to ensure Config Mgmt can deliver within project timescales
• Help with monitoring changes to the Config Mgmt System infrastructure
• Monitor IT infrastructure changes to ensure impacts to config mgmt data are recorded
• Owning the on Config Mgmt services, concepts, policies and procedures
• Sit on the Change Advisory Board (CAB)
• Manage the config mgmt reporting processes

Skills and Experience required:

• Circa 3-5 years’ experience in a Delivery / Service Management role with an expertise in IT Configuration Mgmt processes
• Excellent communicating skills (Stakeholder involvement)
• Experience analysing the potential impact to Configuration Management throughout the organisation
• Must be either ITSM/ ITIL 3 and or 4 certified
