IT Trainer – Leading IT Software Firm

The Role:

• To work as an IT Trainer, to deliver instructor-led classroom training to internal staff, end-user customers and partners
• You will have the opportunity to combine a passion for teaching, with enthusiasm for technology, to drive learning and establish positive customer relationships
• Work with Head of Training to develop effective technical modules.
• Assist in the development of a formalized Train-the-Trainer program

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience of conducting classroom training
• An understanding what information is important; an ability to educate vs. simply inform
• Technical degree (i.e. Computer Science) or relevant work experience
• Ability to communicate with a range of levels of engineers
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Highly skilled with Microsoft Office suite
• Additional language (French, Spanish) is desirable
