IT Support Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Providing advanced technical support to end-users across the group
• Resolving complex technical issues on a daily basis
• Escalating technical issues to other teams when necessary and required for advanced support
• Documenting and maintaining the knowledge base and learnings across the team
• Contributing to the improvement of support processes and procedures within the team and larger group function
• Assisting junior support staff in issue resolution and for support and guidance in their knowledge and careers
• Handling occasional phone calls and emails as needed

Experience Required

• 1-3 years’ experience in a technical support role, from an enterprise environment
• Exceptional troubleshooting abilities and proactive problem-solving
• Experience with Office 365 administration, especially in SharePoint
• have strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated teamwork skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic
• Strong skill set in troubleshooting and user assistance and guidance
• Have a background in providing advanced technical support, handling complex issues, and working closely with end-users to resolve problems efficiently.

Working Hours & Benefits

• 08:30 – 5 pm, Monday to Friday
