IT Solution Enterprise Architect (Public Sector)

My Dublin based client is recruiting for an IT Solutions Enterprise Architect for a daily rate contract working on large operation projects. The IT Solutions Enterprise Architect should have previous experience of working with cloud based Contact Centre solutions. This is a long-term contract.

Job Responsibilities

• Previous experience of working with cloud-based Contact Centre Solutions.
• Experience in the creation, maintenance and management of ICT architecture models and their lower level components.
• Experience in interpret, use and applying information contained within ICT architecture to inform a range of business improvement activities, particularly those involved in the design, development, enhancement and maintenance of ICT support systems.
• Experience in ensuring the respective business, application, data and technology perspectives are in line with the organisations’ technology and governance strategies, policies and standards;

Experience Required

• 7+ years experience in a Solution Architect role
• A min 2+ years experience must relate to contact centre type projects
• A min 2+years completed contact centre solution implementations
• An Open Group Architecture Framework (“TOGAF”) certification or equivalent

Essential and Desirable Skills

• 7+ years experience in a Solution Architect role

Educational Requirements

• A third level degree or certification in a technology discipline
