Job Description

A top corporate client of ours, based in Dublin is looking for and IT Service Desk Manager who can join there expanding IT Department.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the IT Service desk strategy
  • Manage incidents, queries, and issues efficiently
  • Set and Implement procedures and policies of the Service Desk
  • Preserve best practice utilizing the ITIL framework
  • Manage Major Incident and Problem Management process
  • Managing, Setting and Achieving SLAs
  • Maintain GDPR compliance

 

Skills required:

  • At least 6 years in a Service Desk Management position
  • Extensive ITIL experience
  • Strong knowledge of Service Desk Management systems
  • Service Desk Related reporting abilities
  • Experience managing SLAs
  • Preform under pressure
  • People management skills

 

Education:

  • Relevant 3rd level degree in IT or similar from a recognised institution
