Job Description

A new role has just opened with a top client based in Dublin 2. My client is currently looking for an IT Service Desk Administrator who has an experience working in a service desk environment.

The successful candidate will be working in a busy environment and part of a Service Desk team.


  • Resolving of IT issues in a friendly and supportive manner.
  • Meeting the SLA deadlines to deliver excellent customer services.
  • Supporting and monitoring the business by dealing with troubleshoots and requests on time.
  • Setup new users.
  • liaising with Business users and another stakeholder.


  • At least third level qualification in the relevant field.
  • Excellent communication skill.
  • Ability to work in a team and solve problems.
  • ITIL qualifications would be beneficial
