Job Description

My Dublin based multi-national client is currently looking for an IT Service Delivery Manager to join on a permanent basis.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee the client’s application support and service desk function.
  • Take ownership of incident, change, release and escalation processes.
  • Monitor and control the support and delivery function to ensure procedures are followed.
  • Work with the Projects Management teams to ensure the project runs smoothly
  • Support the budgetary managements.

Experience Required

  • 3-5 year’s experience working in a similar service delivery management role.
  • Experience working across multi stakeholders and vendor environments.
  • Strong service management experience across areas such as Change, Service and Asset Management.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and ideally SAP.

Essential and Desirable Skills

  • ITIL accreditation is a must.
  • Willingness to travel.

Educational Requirements

  • Third level degree or relevant work experience
