IT Security Analyst

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain current third-party management governance framework
• Annual review of the third-party risk register
• Understand and advance the existing Governance, Risk and Compliance framework
• Develop and provide supporting awareness training for employees
• Evaluation of new third parties
• Engage with business owner of the third-party relationships in respect of onsite audits
• Conduct onsite audits of third parties’ compliance practices
• Support with GDPR incidents as required
• Support the Security & Privacy team administrating compliance activities
• Oversee risk register and reporting structure for the organisation
• Support the business, IT and Information Security Team during internal and external audits

Experience Required

• 4-6+ years of experience in a similar/ related role
• Previous experience dealing with stakeholders and regulators
• Meticulous care of confidential information
• Ability to adhere to strict deadlines and ensure deliverables
• Skill operating in a team environment and an ability to work independently when required
• Presentation skills in explaining complex information to varying levels of seniority

Essential and Desirable Skills

• Data protection regulation

Educational Requirements

• Third level degree from a recognised educational institute
