IT Rollout Engineer (Daily Rate Contract)

My Dublin City Centre based client is recruiting for a IT Rollout Engineer for a rollout project. This is a daily rate contract role. The IT Rollout Engineer will roll out circa 1000 hardware devices as part of the project.

• Call Perm and Contractor end users to collect their AD passwords
• Provide verbal confirmation / security so end user more comfortable to provide password
• Enter these passwords into Secure Storage Solution
• Create escalations for users unable to be contacted
• Provide progress reports
• Provide a level of support with the end user to reset / update password where applicable

Experience Required

• Previous experience working on an IT rollout project
• Training will be provided by the team; however, a general technical ability would be required

Essential and Desirable Skills

• Technical understanding of the project and the device builds.
• Communication skills to successfully gaining the password information from the users.

Educational Requirements

• Relevant IT degree, diploma, or certification would be desirable
