Job Description

Recruitment Assistant / IT Administrator Required to work in a dynamic Recruitment Head Office in Bray.

Eolas Recruitment have a very exciting opportunity available for someone to work as a Recruitment Assistant in their office in Head Office in Bray.

Working alongside a Senior Recruitment Specialist you will assist with their daily tasks and responsibilities.

Key Qualification & Duties:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years relevant Administration  / Resourcing or Recruitment experience in a professional working environment.
  • You must be used to working in a busy work environment handling multiple tasks.
  • Have at least 1-2 years proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word and Excel).
  • Be proficient using Social Media sites.
  • You are required to have excellent communication skills including an excellent professional telephone manner.
  • Have the ability to prioritise tasks and be used to working on your own initiative.
  • Be Self Motivated
  • Have the ability to engage with team members and provide support/ flexibility.
  • Qualification in IT / Business preferable but not essential.
