IT Product Owner

Job Responsibilities

• Managing a team of Business Analysts, Technical Analysts
• Vendor management and contract negotiation
• Work closely with stakeholders to decide and prioritise projects and activities including innovation
• Provide Roadmap of product(s) including upgrades and patching
• Monitor the budget planning, project delivery and timeline
• Oversee the delivery of projects through their full lifecycle
• Ensuring a successful handover of projects to site rollout and operations
• Managing the supply and demand, in collaboration with the Demand Manager depending on the area

Experience Required

• 4 years + experience in project delivery and team management
• Previous budget responsibility and participation in the budget planning process
• Experience in requirements gathering, analysis, specification, verification, and the ability to apply them in practice
• Strong experience partnering with third party vendors and working hybrid teams
• A strong understanding of software development lifecycle, quality assurance and information security
• Working knowledge of the following applications and Systems – Symphony GOLD, UC4 batch scheduling would be an advantage
• Experience with different project management methodologies such as Waterfall, DevOps, Agile, Kanban
