IT Infrastructure Lead Support wanted for a Permanent Role in a top Financial Services Company
The successful role holder will assist the Infrastructure Manager with the day operations of the team. The Lead Support will be responsible for ensuring an efficient IT service is provided to both internal and external customers and clients. The role holder will focus on user & desktop support and will include IT helpdesk incident management, PC imaging, application deployment, VOIP phone setup and numerous IT support applications and platforms. This role requires a knowledge of all other IT services to include server and san technology, networking and it’s relates systems and protocals.
