Job Description

My Dublin City based client is seeking a number of strong IT Graduates to join their Application Support team to expand their skills in a permanent role.

Job Responsibilities

  • Monitoring and B2B Support of online gaming platforms
  • Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve issues escalated from Customer Service Desk
  • Communication and engage with other in-house teams (Devs/Network/infrastructure/DBAs) to bring issues to a resolution
  • Environment management
  • Review, create & maintain process documentation

 

Experience Required

  • While no direct work experience is required, good working knowledge of SQL, Java, C#, HTML or Windows is a plus.

 

Essential and Desirable Skills

  • Logical troubleshooting and debugging methodology
  • Familiarity with Windows OS
  • Familiarity with SQL/XML/Java/C#/HTML/CSS
  • Basic understanding of computer networks
  • Good communication and personal skills
  • Self-motivation is considered a key attribute of the ideal candidate

 

Educational Requirements

  • Degree in Technology/Software related discipline
