Job Description

My client, a successful market leader that specialises in IT solutions for auctions throughout the UK and Ireland, are looking for an IT Field Technician to join their team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct on-site surveys and collaborate with on-site contractors to reach mutual agreement on project requirements.
  • Install, test, and configure networks and computer hardware.
  • Perform scheduled and routine maintenance on all on-site equipment.
  • Execute software and hardware upgrades on-site.
  • Deliver a prompt, courteous, and efficient service.

Experience Required

  • 2+ years of experience in a field-based customer service engineering role, coming from an Auction market environment highly desirable.

Essential and Desirable Skills

  • Clean driving licence is essential.

Educational Requirements

  • Relevant college degree
