Job Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, embed and oversee suitable project and change management practices to deliver successful change through projects;
  • Managing the day-to-day operation of the Irish Change Management and Software Development teams;
  • Communicate decisions, priorities and relevant project information to appropriate levels regarding business unit requests, projects and initiatives;
  • Build and drive successful relationships across the business promoting a best for business approach to solutions and delivery priorities;
  • Understanding of the firms’ pain points, requirements, and expectations as these relate to technology and ICT service offerings;
  • Serve a lead role in enabling the business to achieve their objectives through the effective use of technology, whilst overseeing service provision from group led IT support functions;
  • Ensure appropriate systems and platforms are in place to promote efficient processes for growth and to facilitate the expansion of offering capabilities;
  • Participate in strategic and budgetary planning processes, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement initiatives; and
  • Establish and maintain quality key internal and external relationships with a view to reaching and exceeding executive management and customer service expectations.

Experience Required

  • Ability to build strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders internally;
  • Experience in analysis, implementation and evaluation of IT systems and their specifications;
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools;
  • Extensive IT and business level management experience with a broad range of exposure to various technical environments and business segments;
  • Sound understanding of computer systems (hardware/software), networks etc;
  • Ability to assess risks associated with the service offering and implement appropriate controls;
  • Demonstrates strong leadership, with excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills;
  • Strong delegation skills and ability to work effectively in a fast paced, dynamic environment; and
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
