IT Business Analyst

Requirements:

• Define, write, prioritize, clarify and validate detailed requirements and user stories as part of the full SDLC, working with stakeholders (customers, engineering, architecture, UX, platform operations, support, marketing and sales) as required
• Ensure that the features developed satisfy the requirements/needs of the customer and the market.
• Interacting with customers to elicit feedback for developing product improvements
• Build and maintain the prioritized product backlog
• Provide sales and marketing teams with collateral as required (blog articles, sample code snippets etc)
• Research IT/Dev Operations use cases for development of future features
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• Strong product owner or IT Business Analyst skills with an Agile / Scrum environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in the development and implementation of standards, procedures and guidelines to support operational processes.
• Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
• Post-secondary degree in computer science or related field or a combination of related experience and education.
• A results oriented individual who thrives working in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities.
