Job Description
Our Dublin based client is looking for an experienced Incident Response Manager to join their growing Tech department. Great career opportunity with an established and growing firm.
Job Responsibilities
- Leading on all incident response issues, providing the required subject matter expertise and working closely with the internal team and clients to help identify, contain and solve any threats in the working environment
- Be the team leader, ensuring that the team’s working methods, approach, tools and skillsets being used are of a high standard and best in class
- Work with senior management team to develop our market approach and overall strategy
- Supporting other service lines and functions as required
Experience Required
- Need to have 5-7 years of experience working in Incident Response,
- Have experience working on a variety of incident types from your career and work
- Up-to-date knowledge of current threats, common attacks, systems and policies in place for Incidents
- Must have a very high level of attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written skills with ability to work in a team
- Experience managing/supervising technical personnel from a working environment
Essential and Desirable Skills
- Experience in Digital Forensics, Compromise Assessment, Threat Intelligence or any SOC-based activities
- Experience with EDR, SIEM and other tech that’s related to security
- Experience with Vulnerability Assessments, Penetration Testing or other related testing for incidents and security
- Experience of up to date data science and analytics techniques, or have an interest in this topic
- Experience in a client-facing role would be advantageous but not essential
Educational Requirements
- Third-level degree in a relevant field such as Computer Forensics, Information Security, Computer Science or a related discipline
