My client is looking for a Implementation Consultant with experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Business Central / Navision) to join the team on a permanent basis.
My Dublin-based client is looking for a Implementation Consultant with experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Business Central / Navision) to join the team on a permanent basis. Successful company offering remote working, even after Covid19, with limited travel to Dublin-based clients required only if necessary.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing implementation projects for the Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Business Central / Navision) product, including: design, testing, deployment, training, and user support.
- Gather business requirements to assess customer needs, propose solutions, and identify growth opportunities.
- Create a project plan from start through to completion, including allocating tasks and mitigating risks.
- Maintain close relationships with customers, developers, and business analysts to assure implementations match requirements and business standards.
- Lead a driven team, assuring work is completed on time and to the highest quality.
Experience Required
- 5-10 years’ experience working with Microsoft Dynamics ERP and CRM systems, ideally Dynamics NAV (Business Central / Navision).
- Background as either a Functional Consultant or Technical Consultant for Microsoft Dynamics products would be ideal.
- Super users and developers of Microsoft Dynamics products may also be considered, as long as they have extensive product knowledge and are comfortable in a customer facing role.
Essential and Desirable Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good project management capabilities
- Comfortable using SQL for data extraction.
- Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle
- Knowledge of Finance and/or Manufacturing industries would be ideal
Educational Requirements
- Third level degree in Business Information Systems or another related field
- Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics and Project Management would be a bonus

Very efficient job hunting process. I sent an application in the morning, I was contacted in the afternoon, I got an interview scheduled for the day after and got an offer on the same day! I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Jonathan and Stephen from Eolas, and would have to say they are two top class Recruiters. An interview was initially set up for a role in Dublin, but due to personal reasons, I was unable to attend. Jonathan rearranged the interview with the minimum of fuss. Throughout the process, both guys made sure I was fully prepped and what to expect from the interview and we're always available for any questions I may have had. Once the process was complete, the feedback was immediate, and in my case, luckily, was successful.
