My Dublin Based Client is looking for a ICT Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will provide general and specialised IT administrative support to the IT team. The role will involve purchasing, creating and maintaining technical documentation, software licence management, managing audio visual conferencing facilities, staff training, resource scheduling, IT project implementation support, inventory management, managing maintenance contracts, maintaining health and safety requirements and general network maintenance. May be required to travel to all main sites and undertake all ad hoc duties as required.
This position would suit a candidate who has business administration experience within an IT environment or someone who has a background in IT support with administration experience. While technical experience would be advantageous, this is not primarily a technical role. A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in IT and/or administration is required. A relevant third level qualification and/or industry accreditation would be an advantage. Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational and analytical skills are required along with a high degree of motivation. An ability to work independently on his or her initiative and as a member of a team is essential.
