Job Description

Are you an experienced HR Administrator? My client is a leading Construction Company, whom have just won a 5-year contract due to growth need a new HR Admin to work alongside their HRBP.

HR Administrator:

Are you an experienced HR Administrator with a passion for the construction industry? My client is a leading Irish Construction Company and due to growth and taking on a massive 5-year very heavily publicized, they have had to ramp up at the speed of light meaning you will play a crucial role in supporting the new talented workforce on the COE (non-construction staff). If you have a minimum of 4 years of HR administration experience, coupled with proficiency in Workday and ServiceNow ticketing systems, we want to hear from you!

 

The Offer: 

  • Base salary of up to 50k with a 15% bonus
  • VHI, Pension, 28 days annual leave (+ additional days during builders’ holidays as a gift from the org).
  • Hybrid model onsite a minimum of 2 days per week.

 

Position Summary:

As the HR Administrator, you’ll be at the forefront of the HR operations, utilizing your expertise to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. You’ll be a key player in managing our Workday and ServiceNow ticketing system, ensuring seamless HR services to our non-construction teams (Finance, Admin, Engineering, Legal, etc.)

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Administration: Manage and optimize our HRIS platforms, primarily Workday, and proficiently navigate the ServiceNow ticketing system to provide exceptional support to employees and stakeholders.
  • Employee Support: Assist in employee onboarding, offboarding, and transitions, leveraging the HRIS tools to ensure a smooth experience for all construction team members.
  • Data Management: Oversee and maintain accurate employee records and databases, ensuring compliance and efficiency in HR operations.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with the HR team to identify areas for process enhancement, proposing and implementing innovative solutions to streamline HR workflows.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Support HR compliance efforts, ensuring all processes align with industry regulations and company policies. Generate insightful HR reports to aid data-driven decision-making.

 

What you will need to succeed: 

  • Minimum 4 years of experience as an HR Administrator, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms, specifically Workday, and experience with the ServiceNow ticketing system.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
