A brand-new role just opened with a great client based in Dublin. My client is looking for a Helpdesk Support Engineer to join their team.

Requirements:

  • Experience working as a Helpdesk Support Engineer
  • Experience working on Windows OS
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
  • Experience supporting applications
  • Experience with printer and network support
  • Experience with password resets and using LogMeIn for remote support
  • Full driver’s licence
