Job Description

My Dublin based client is looking to add a Head of Information Technology to their team on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the entire IT Department, providing technical support and guidance when needed.
  • Working with the company to make sure delivery is aligned with both the projected business needs along with the current needs.
  • Providing guidance and support to both colleagues and stakeholders as the Head of Information Technology.

Experience/Skills:

  • 5+ Years’ experience within an IT management role
  • Experience in a Microsoft .Net software development environment desirable
  • Comfortable liaising with third party contracts and IT outsourcing
  • Have previously recruited your own internal team(s)
  • Experience developing individuals and roles in alignment with the strategic plan
  • Prior experience with project management and process management – Agile/Scrum/Kanban
  • Experience and knowledge of managing ongoing performance and the operations of both software, hardware and IT systems

The successful candidate for the Head of Information Technology will be deploying both services and products internationally, working with a wide variety of technologies, and working alongside a dedicated and successful team striving to hit targets and meet deadlines.
