Job Description

Working closely with the rest of the Marketing and Digital team in the conception, implementation and management of campaigns across our entire online and offline presence.

Graphic Designer

Working closely with the rest of the Marketing and Digital team in the conception, implementation and management of campaigns across our entire online and offline presence.


-Facilitate the art direction.
-Maintain site appearance by developing and enforcing content and display standards, and editing submissions.
-Work with usability.

-Thrive in an environment with quick turnaround time.

-Formatting of design deliverables and produce necessary communication pieces in small format

print, large format print, displays, signs, graphics and web design.

-Collaborate internally to conceptualise and execute creative solutions that can be translated across various media platforms.

-Maintain quality check on all pieces to ensure designs are of the highest calibre.

-Develop mock-ups of overall site navigation, structure, and design to be reviewed by peers.

-Manage all the pre-and post-production quality checks.

-Submit creative deliverables within the agreed upon deadline and budget Design of marketing communication pieces including overall theme, development, individual piece designs.

-Manage production of all print pieces from conception to completion.

-Attend press checks as needed.
-Guide and advise fellow employees in the creative process Communicate.
-Seek out creative, design-led solutions to challenging problems

-Develop site graphics; design images, icons, banners, audio enhancements, etc.


-Someone who is not afraid of change and is willing to push the boundaries when it comes to trying new things with a test-and-learn approach to on digital channels.

-Understands the power of design and loves creating new and exciting ways to convey a message to an audience.
-Someone who enjoys content and social media.

Ideal candidate

-Graphic Design Experience in Fashion or beauty industry would be a distinct advantage

-Four-year related degree and a minimum of 5 years design experience in an in-house creative department or design firm.

-Strong creative, organizational, problem solving and time-management skills Expert knowledge in graphic production process.

-Work well with tight deadlines in a team environment.

-Able to take projects from start to finish with minimal supervision.

-Adaptable and quick learner.
-Strong wireframing experience
– Illustration and multimedia content development tools Understanding of browser capabilities and internet technologies Portfolio featuring examples of design work Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with HTML, WordPress, and motion graphics a plus

-Must be able to apply style guides creatively while upholding brand identity.

-Possess strong conceptual skills, high level sense of design, layout and typography, a broad thinker who can offer a variety of design solutions.
