Great new role open with a financial software company in Dublin for someone coming from an accounts background / General Ledger experience.
Due to continued growth my client seeks to expand its Support team
The successful candidate will join an established business support team, providing telephone and remote support to clients in Ireland and the UK
Candidate should be energetic, professional and have good client management skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills are a must
Candidates should have experience with Windows operating systems, printing and MSOffice.
Good understanding of accountancy packages including General ledger
Effective time management skills; must be able to handle multi-tasking and pressure of deadlines
Time spent within a telephone helpdesk function with a good experience of supporting end users of IT services would be an advantage.
Experience with financial/Accounting /banking software
General Ledger experience
Logging of all calls in the helpdesk application
Providing first/second line technical support
Manage his or her call queue and prioritise efficiently and effectively
Working well and communicating within the Support team, including the transfer of knowledge.
Candidates should display an ability to learn on the job, to work on their own initiative and be willing to expand their expertise.
