Functional Consultant – Power Platform / Dynamics 365

My Dublin-based client is looking for a Functional Consultant to join their expanding team on a permanent basis to support the implementation of Dynamics 365 / Power Platform applications.

You will work as part of a talented team that develops and delivers Power Platform applications to customers. Exciting opportunity to work with the latest Microsoft technologies and progress your career within a company that has an excellent reputation in the Irish market.

Candidates must have 3+ years’ experience in implementing Power Platform and/or Dynamics 365 CRM applications. This company offers hybrid working options so candidates must be based in Ireland and able to commute to the Dublin office.

Job Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and configuration of Power Platform software applications
• Gather business requirements and assure they are correctly translated to technical solutions in line with business needs.
• Provide consultation, updates, and support to customers for ongoing solution implementations.
• Collaborate with teams across Development, Testing, and other subject matter experts.
• Contribute to the building of apps, chatbots, and data analytics reporting solutions.

Experience Required

• 3+ years’ experience in implementing and configuring Dynamics CRM / 365 solutions
• Experience with Power Platform solutions (PowerApp, Power Automate, etc) would also be desirable
• Proven track record of providing functional consultation for complex software solutions

Essential and Desirable Skills

• Dynamics CRM / 365
• Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, etc)
• Excellent communication and customer support skills
• Other technical skills would be desirable: .NET, JavaScript, React, Typescript, CSS, Azure, PowerShell, DevOps, SQL Server

Educational Requirements

• Third level degree in Computer Science or a related field
