Job Description

My Dublin based Financial Services client is looking for an experience Functional Business Analyst to join the team on a contract basis.

Senior BA/Functional BA

Role:

  • Process mapping & improvement
  • Gap analysis.  As-Is to To-Be
  • Business requirement development
  • Engage with insurance brokers (and insurers) re process as is and to be
  • Define process & operating model for support from internal teams, matrix team across different functions
  • Possible training / support in change process
  • Review and workshop new partnership model & solution with insurance providers

Key Requirements:

  • Financial Services – ideally Commercial Insurance from Insurance or Broker background
  • Experience engaging with broad range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Balance workload, prioritise parallel activities under difference Workstreams that are different stages of maturity
  • Commercial focus & acumen. See the clear picture of desired business outcome and adjust activities to stay on track.  Lead the measurement and communication of success.

This is not an IT heavy role.  The end solution will need some IT but the key dependency will be on defining, refining, piloting and perfecting business processes & measures that achieve a win-win business model.
