My Financial Services client based in Dublin is now looking for a Financial Data Analyst to join their expanding team on a permanent basis.

My Financial Services client based in Dublin is now looking for a Financial Data Analyst to join their expanding team on a permanent basis. You will be joining a well-established organisation that provides challenging projects and excellent progression opportunities. Candidate must have at least 2-5 years’ experience as a Data Analyst / Financial Analyst within the financial services industry.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth loan reviews, including: balance checks, interest re-calculations, and incorrect billing schedules.
  • Identify customer balance inconsistencies and rebuild where applicable.
  • Simulate scenarios to assess the implications of large-scale remediation and data migrations.
  • Assess data quality by identifying gaps and inconsistencies.

Experience Required

  • Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience as a Data Analyst / Financial Analyst
  • Experience working in the Financial Service industry
  • Advanced level Excel skills
  • Exceptional analytical skills
  • Knowledge of loans and billing calculations would be a bonus

Educational Requirements

  • Professional accountancy qualification / CFA part-qualified
