Finance Operations Analyst

My Financial Services client based in Dublin is now looking for a Finance Operations Analyst to join their expanding team. This is initially a fixed term contract for 23 months.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage, review, process, and maintain financial information for the business, including: cash receipts, bank statements, refunds, etc.
• Process transactions urgently within a short window of time
• Review current financial systems and processes, make recommendations, and contribute to future improvements
• Assure accurate records are maintained and adhere to company policies and procedures

Experience Required

• Third level degree in Finance, Business, or another relevant field
• 2+ years’ experience in a similar Finance Analyst role
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround times
• Excellent attention to detail
• Experience working in Financial Services would be highly desirable
