My Dublin based Financial Services client is looking for an experienced Business Analyst with experience in Facilities and Premises management.

Job Responsibilities

My Financial Services client is looking for an experienced Business Analyst with experience in Facilities and Premises management who can work through ambiguity, clearly define requirements and ensure appropriate approvals are in-place to support Project manager and wider team.

Project Brief: My client has commenced Smart Working project to enable Agile and Hybrid work practices to plan ahead and enable staff’s to return back to work following easing of Covid-19 restrictions. These primarily includes revised staff to desk ratio to be achieved, extra collaboration spaces to be created, appropriate IT kit rollout and to align all other facilities / services / practices and policies to be aligned with the new working model. The latter half of the project will also focus on rollout of IoT sensors to enable Smart Working with the desk, meeting room, car park and collaboration space sensors.

With this in mind they need a Business Analyst to support the delivery of Strategic Projects 2021 – 2022 Smart Working work with business and IT stakeholders to establish a clear definition of the scope, process and business requirements and manage those requirements through to delivery driving achievement of business objectives and benefitsExperience Required

Essential and Desirable Skills

  • Considerable Business Analysis experience required preferably in Business areas, Facilities and Premises management to understand the operating model.
  • Highly experienced in traversing through vague requirements, open to ask questions and define the requirements clearly along with associated benefits so these can be fully understood, agreed and approved by the relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist team across jurisdictions to deliver on requirements traceability through to completion
  • Understand associated dependencies with the project team
  • Update existing facilities procedures to reflect the new ways of working
  • Create user guides / building guides to ensure a smooth user experience as part of the project delivery and transition to Smart Working.
  • Attention to detail and ability to seek clarification as needed.
  • Experienced in working with third-party vendor / contractors and internal business areas including IT, HR and Risk teams.
  • Strong IT skills across the Microsoft suite, Desk IT setup, AV / VC setup and ideally with some knowledge of reading Premises drawings including M&E drawings.
  • Good understanding of current construction legislative requirements and H&S aspects in both in ROI and NI.
  • Ability to successfully manage and prioritise workloads of more than one workstream at a time.
