Personal Assistant supporting 2 Senior Partners

Your core duties will encompass general administration and secretarial support to two busy Tax Partners and the broader team, including:
- Cultivating confidential relationships on behalf of the Partners with clients, staff, and external entities.
- Meticulously planning and coordinating meetings, conferences, and essential events.
- Skillfully managing the Partner’s diary and efficiently handling phone communications.
- Coordinating and attending team meetings, and facilitating agendas and action items.
- Arranging travel logistics and preparing documents, reports, presentations, and letters to uphold the company’s standards.
- Collaborating with various departments on diverse tasks and assisting with crucial deadlines
Your role will also entail specific responsibilities such as:
- Overseeing departmental subscriptions and renewals.
- Managing anti-money laundering procedures and client onboarding administration.
- Coordinating significant financial exercises and debtors’ meetings.
- Facilitating quarterly Tax Newsletters, showcasing proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
What I am looking for in you:
- A minimum of 8 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Proficient interpersonal communication, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
- Well versed in international complex diary management.
- Confidence in navigating various management structures and delivering optimal results.
- Exceptional writing skills for drafting letters, minutes, reports, and more.
- Innate attention to detail, precision, and a proactive approach to deadlines.
- High proficiency in information systems and essential software packages.
