Job Description

My client, a leading privately owned company, are looking for an ERP Support Analyst to join their team. This position will support the Senior Analyst who works on supporting their ERP system.

Job Responsibilities

  • Supporting, troubleshooting, and problem solving during and after new ERP system roll out
  • Learn the core functionality of the ERP system and its edge applications
  • Administer user accounts, permission and and master data quality within the ERP system
  • Work across the business to ensure ERP best practice’s are established

Experience Required

  • Enthusiasm for business and software systems / operations
  • Strong analytical skills

Essential and Desirable Skills

  • 2+ years supporting ERP systems

Educational Requirements

  • A third level degree in Computer Science or IT related equivalent, ideally with a focus in business and/or finance.
