ERP Project Manager

Requirements:

• Degree qualified OR Equivalent
• 5 years + prior project management experience
• ERP implementation background with at least 2 or more ERP Projects delivered
• Excellent Business process skills required as well
• Project management accredited courses preferable

Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance to leads to produce project plans and work plans
• Provide assistance to leads with delegating tasks to team members and monitoring of progress.
• Provide assistance to leads to prepare for weekly check point and planning meetings
• Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of progress against project plans, work plans, requirement documents and tracking sheets, ensuring that these adhere to standards and are being kept up to date
• Early identification and escalation of potential issues likely to impact the project.
• Measuring project performance reporting using appropriate tools and techniques, monitoring progress, identifying and correcting variances. Assisting with communication to stakeholders.
• Provide assistance to leads with project risk and issue management and project change control.
• Provide assistance to leads with coordination of testing, sign off and cutover tasks.
• Provide assistance to leads with coordination of project materials
• Provide assistance to team members with creation of test scripts and updating of project materials to central repository.
• Own and coordinate the software installation process – working with the Business and IT stakeholders via the defined process. Communicate status to stakeholders and highlight any related risks
