ERP / CRM Support Analyst

My North Dublin client is looking for an ERP / CRM Support Analyst to join their global team.

This role is a mix of application support and business analysis – You will not only be responding to system queries and resolving issues, but you will also be analysing current business systems to optimise usability, performance and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to global internal teams for a range of web applications.
• Analyse, report, and address business system issues that impact user and customer experience.
• Collaborate with various technical and non-technical teams across the business.
• Follow through with requests from the helpdesk team and escalate where required.
• Respond to system alerts, user queries, emails, and service requests in a timely manner.

Experience Required

• 1+ years’ experience in providing IT application support
• Supporting ERP / CRM systems would be preferred
• Experience in a technical role within the Retail / eCommerce / Distribution industry would be a bonus

Essential and Desirable Skills

• Strong database skills, such as: SQL Server
• Knowledge of ERP and/or CRM systems would be highly desirable
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of retail / e-commerce systems (e.g. warehousing, inventory management, shipping, click & collect, loyalty programs) would be highly desirable

Educational Requirements

• Third level degree in a related field (IT, eCommerce, Business Analysis) or equivalent experience
