Enterprise Architect

Job Responsibilities

• Establish and implement modern digital architecture methods that are capable of meeting a changing industry and environments for a digital transformation
• Translating business requirements into systems, applications or process designs for IT solutions and architecture
• Partner with the Business and IT leaders to drive forward the digital business needs
• Provide leadership and hands-on technical direction to deliver world class customer experiences through technology expertise
• Tool and technology selection to push forward standardization of industry leading technology across the organization
• Investigate and develop the practices and methodologies that can be implemented
• Develop strategic framework and plans to evolve and optimize digital channels, applications, customer experience and digital marketing
• Technical leadership & communication skills in driving architecture

Experience Required

• B.S. in Computer Science or similar engineering discipline/ Master’s Degree would be preferred but not essential
• 8 – 10 years of experience in architecture across enterprise environments
• Experience with technologies and best practices in Customer experience, CRM, marketing/sales automation, web content management, mobile solutions
• Excellent track record in delivering complex and cross functional programs from strategy to execution from a commercial setting
• A strong background in technical design / architecture and architecture frameworks is a must
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience in communicating across all levels of the organization

Essential and Desirable Skills

• A solid understanding of object-oriented programming and modern design practices and architecture frameworks
• Experience developing or working with Cloud-based technologies such as Amazon Web Services would be a bonus for this role
• The role will require a self-starter with a capability to work in an environment with significant cloud footprint
