Job Description
My large international client is looking for a motivational and innovative individual to manage their growing EUC Technologies. This role will report to the Head of Operations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead a fit for purpose IT End User Computing organisation focused on end user devices/desktops, collaboration suite (O365), Video/Telephony & Call Centre Tools, etc.
- Responsible for the full lifecycle of services such as design/delivery, capacity management, licensing, 3rd party partnerships, SLA’s/KPI’s and cost management
- Work alongside key stakeholders to align the EUC delivery roadmap to the business priorities
- Provide team with continual education on EUC capabilities and standards for successful IT Solution delivery
- Oversee the defining, measuring and maintaining of leading CSAT scores
- Evaluate new products and services, keeping up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Encourage a continuous improvement culture, that focuses on innovation
Required Experience and Skills
- Enterprise IT experience in a technical lead role
- Previous Senior IT Team Management experience
- Capable of motivating teams and creating a culture of continuous improvement
- Knowledge of endpoint computing service
- Be able to provide successful delivery of design-ready, complex architectures
- Experience interacting with diverse technical colleagues and resources through all life-cycle phases of multiple projects
- Ability to communicate technical information and ideas across diverse audiences
- Efficient in ITIL practices and the ITIL Service life cycle, including Agile delivery methods
- The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, interpersonal skills, with both written and oral communication
- Keen attention to detail and proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
Education
- A degree from a recognised educational institute in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar technical field
