Job Description
Our Dublin based client are looking for an Electronic Engineer to join their team. Exciting opportunity with a company that is set for growth and development.
Job Responsibilities
- Have a strong range of engineering skills that include circuit design (Altium), simulation, CPLD, microcontroller, C/C++, Python knowledge
- The capacity to take a concept idea and simplify the requirements to provide details of design
- Identify and manage areas of risk for early stage designs, with the ability to develop quick simple tests that can remove or reduce potential risks
- Design and build of prototype designs from test concept stage that includes feasibility and removal of risk
- Part of the team that test prototype designs and provide feedback and results to a management team .
- Develop and document product definitions based on customer requirements and proof of concept testing
- Work alongside the development team to define all tasks and tests required to complete a product development life cycle
- Carry out various degrees of development work on products as required (hardware, firmware, software, testing
- Deliver tasks within time the allocated time and budget
Experience Required
- 5+ years of career experience is ideal but less can considered also as there is multiple roles available
- Be strong in microcontroller design
- Have strong analog electronic design experience
- Skills and experience in electronic hardware design is preferable
- Ability to simplify complex problems into smaller simpler problems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills
