Job Description

My client is looking for an IT Business Analyst with experience in ecommerce and digital projects.

The successful candidate will be working as part of the IT team and will be responsible for Digital marketing and ecommerce solutions for a leading global company.

Responsibilities:

  • Delivering regional and global digital solutions according to PM standards on time, within scope and budget
  • Working on cross-functional projects
  • Managing the solution development and implementation from design to testing
  • Acting as a regional/global process expert within the Ecommerce team
  • Proactive in the role, supporting change management, and ensuring teams take ownership for the solutions developed

Requirements:

  • A third level degree in a related discipline
  • Experience working as a Digital/ eCommerce Business Analyst
  • Experience with digital/ecommerce/marketing processes and experience with user stories and persona definition
  • Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional and remote teams
  • Experience with SAP Hybris Commerce and SAP ECC/BI beneficial
  • Experience working in an agile environment and performing PM duties
