Dynamics ERP Consultant

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the implementation of complete customer solutions
• Manage and control end user training, data migration and contributing to presales meetings and engagement
• Analysing of the clients business and developing an understanding of their objectives while identifying efficient ways Dynamics can add value
• Planning and executing the implementation of Dynamics BC / GP
• Provide regular progress updates to the client based on their needs
• Assisting with the project communication and best practices during the system implementation project and process
• Guide new and existing clients on the integration and use of Dynamics BC / GP.
• Provide on-going support and post sales support to businesses once the system roll outs have been completed

Experience Required

• Presentation skills and the ability to train others
• Process design and tracking skills
• Able to communicate at all levels in an organization
• Ability to define and document processes
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Ability to manage and balance interests of the client and organisation
• Experience of full project life cycle of implementation
• Experience of training clients internal IT/training team
• Experience of corporate communications and engagement
