Our client, are market leading firm are looking for a Dynamics 365 Consultant to join their team on a permanent basis. Good career opportunity. Position can be performed on a hybrid / remote basis

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and run workshops for requirement gathering and business analysis by engaging with key stakeholders
  • Define the business requirements, system goals and align these with Dynamics 365
  • Analysis of a client’s business requirements to develop a clear vision of their objectives, and identify efficient ways Dynamics 365 can bring value and efficiency
  • Develop recommendations to meet targets, and complete project tasks in line with the budget and to customer requirements / satisfaction
  • Provide input and expertise for Dynamics 365 capabilities, functions and features
  • Conduct hands-on customisation and implementation on the features of Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform based on specs and requirements
  • Adapt to different end-user styles and needs
  • Creation of technical specification documentation for projects, including PowerPoint presentations and workflows
  • Assist the PMO team with planning and executing on projects and providing progress updates to the client

Experience Required

  • 2-4 + years of experience working as a Dynamics 365 / power platform consultant
  • Have strong consulting skills and previous experience working as a Dynamics 365 Consultant
  • Must have a detailed knowledge and understanding of Dynamics 365, it’s functionality and components
  • Have an understanding of the Microsoft stack and how it can create powerful solutions (PowerApps, Power BI, Common Data Services, Azure, Office 365)
  • Experience working in fast paced Agile environment
  • Demonstrable skills in facilitating workshops, gathering and documenting requirements, translating requirements into business processes
  • Have a desire to develop your knowledge of new functionality in the Microsoft platforms and keep up to date with new technology and industry trends
  • Develop lasting relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Have an ability to present your ideas and solutions in line with the features of Dynamics 365
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications

Essential and Desirable Skills

  • Experience of Data Migration tools
  • Experience working with Power Apps, Power Automate and Azure Logic Apps in direct relation to the Dynamics 365 platform
  • Experience in .NET, C#, ASP.NET and JavaScript programming and coding on the Dynamics 365 platform
  • Experience working in a Microsoft Gold Partner environment would be an advantage but not essential
